BATHROOM DIY

Time for a refresh. With this bathroom update we removed all the fixtures and old vanity to start with a blank canvas.

Everything out and time to replace the floors where the old cabinet sat. We removed the medicine cabinet and the overhead light fixture so we needed to repair the drywall before moving on.

We changed the lights from the overhead light to a wall sconce. Much better! Time for the shiplap we purchased at Lowes. Our powder room was painted back so we decided to do the opposite in here. Paint color is Pure White fromSherwin Williams.

This was a relatively easy project and we just love the way it turned out. Found these great gold rimmed mirrors on Amazon and the vanity was from Costco.

Being that this is my boys bathroom we hung some Star Wars art for them! Simple, clean and bright. If you feel inspired to tackle a bathroom project you can find the links to some of the choices we made below.
