Mixing high-end pieces with affordable finds
Fall season is right around the corner and I couldn’t be more excited! I’m slowly transitioning all of the spaces in my home for one of my favorite seasons of the year. The thought of sipping on pumpkin spice lattes, indulging in hot apple pies and lighting cinnamon spice candles is definitely something I’m looking forward to.
To be honest, I feel like my home pretty much looks like Fall almost all year round so refreshing all the spaces of my home is a pretty simple task. I love incorporating warmer tones, texture & natural elements with dried faux stems throughout.
Sharing some fall stems and arrangements I’ve done so far, including a round up of some of my favorite fall finds as well.
Living in the desert can be tricky with keeping any plants alive IMO. So having live mums was out of the question. It was challenging trying to find faux mums that actually looked realistic. So I decided to DIY it instead. I found these budget friendly mums on Amazon and couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out (trust me, I had to return a few just to find the perfect ones). I ordered 7 bunches for two smaller pots and 20 for the large one (the yellow ones are linked on my LTK). It really depends on the size of your planters. I found these designer dupe cement planters for a fraction of the cost on Amazon and I used styrofoam to secure the stems and place them in the planters. Love how this turned out!
Stay tuned for more Fall content! Before you know it, Christmas is already right around the corner
