HOME OFFICE / LIBRARY DIY

This was one of our favorite reimagined spaces of the year. The office space consists of 2 custom built-in sections with a work space in the middle of the room. The left side is the Lounge and the right side is the Library.

First we tackled the left side of the room which is intended to be a hang out spot with a sectional couch and place for Jeff’s Whiskey and cigar collection.

The ceilings are 12′ tall and we decided to paint them the same Iron Ore color as the cabinets. We found this amazing wood map of the world and absolutely love it. It is the perfect focal point for this space.

Now that the Lounge is complete we moved on to the custom bookshelves for our Library.

This project was very time consuming but it is still one of our favorite DIY’s of 2021. Jeff wanted a moody Gentleman’s Study and I believe we achieved the look.
